Hey Everyone! For all of you ladies wanting a nice summer or spring drink but do not want all the calories and sugar well I've got just the recipe for you!
What you'll need:
- 1-2 bottles of crisp white wine, I used 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc and 1 bottle of sparkling Vino Verde
- 2 ripe local peaches, sliced
- 1 pint raspberries
- 2 kiwis
- several sprigs of mint
- 0 calorie sugar- splenda or stevia
Simply add the sliced fruit and mint to the wine and add sugar substitute. Let sit for at least an hour in the fridge to let the flavors infuse. In the summertime it’s also nice to freeze half of the fruit and add right before serving so they act as ice cubes in the Sangria.

How much sugar substitute do you use?
ReplyDeleteDepending on your liking about 12-15 sugar packets or about a cup of sugar substitute. Thank you for your interest it means alot!
ReplyDeleteDo you think that substituting sprite or ginger ale would be ok to make this non alcoholic?
ReplyDeleteYes that would be good! but the best choice would be white grape juice or welches sparkling white grape juice :) Enjoy!
